& Disney Deal on GBA

THQ announced a Game Boy Advance co-publishing agreement with Buena
Vista games, the gaming arm of the Disney Corporation. THQ will
publish six games based on Disney franchises over a six month period
beginning this Fall. These licenses include Disney's Piglet's BIG
Game, Disney's The Lion King, Disney's Brother Bear, Disney's Kim
Possible Revenge of Monkey Fist, Disney's Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over
and Disney's Lizzie McGuire.
"Disney has a legacy of creating long-standing properties with
tremendous consumer product strength," said Tim Walsh, Senior Vice
President, International Publishing. "We're pleased to extend our
interactive videogame collaboration with Disney by adding these
high-profile properties to THQ's proven Game Boy Advance library."
Thierry Braille, Vice President and Managing Director of Buena Vista
Games EMEA added, "THQ is a leading publisher of Game Boy Advance
games and we're delighted to be continuing work with them on several key
Disney properties across multiple territories."
The first game to be released in this deal will be Piglet’s BIG Game,
scheduled for release sometime this Fall.
