Stage of the Month #80: Obligatory Stealth Mission

GERUDO VALLEY

Source: Legend of Zelda series
Appears in: Smash 4 3DS
Home characters: Ganondorf (unlock), Link, Zelda, Sheik

Availability: Starter
Type: Sedimentary
Hazards: Breakable bridge, Breakable platforms, Koume & Kotake

Music:
"Gerudo Valley"
"Ocarina of Time Medley"
"Song of Time"

Trivia:
--When the bridge breaks, the bottom blast line actually lowers to accommodate the use of the platforms beneath. It then rises back up when the bridge is fixed.
--There is a desert wind effect on this stage, but it is purely aesthetic.

Structurally, it's sorta reminiscent of Mushroom Kingdom N64, which is a good thing for me, but a bad thing for its tourney status.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

Sometimes I forget about the 3DS stages in general. I'm glad that a lot of them will be returning for Ultimate so people can actually use them.

Yeah, I've been deliberately alternating between the two versions, largely to make sure the 3DS doesn't get overlooked.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
